Refund policy

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in the same shape and condition as when you received them together with their original packaging.

Común provides shipping labels and applies location-based fees for returns.

These fees include any potential customs fees and duties that may be applicable.

Please note that we only accept returns using our provided shipping label, which covers any additional duties that may apply to returns from outside the US.

The cost for a pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
